Important: Maximum of 1–10 Tests Per Appointment This appointment is for children only in our office. Ages 2-17 We specialize in pediatric blood draws and difficult sticks. For safety reasons, if your child’s lab order exceeds the maximum number of tests, a second appointment will be required. This is due to the limited amount of blood that can be safely drawn based on a child’s weight and age. We look forward to providing gentle and professional care for your child. Important Urine Collection Instructions A collection cup will be provided upon your arrival. Please do not use your own cups or containers from home — we can only accept samples in our sterile, provided containers. We kindly ask that you arrive ready to provide a urine sample, as we operate on a scheduled timeline. Thank you for your cooperation!
