Important: Maximum of 1–10 Tests Per Appointment This appointment is for children only in our office. We specialize in pediatric blood draws and difficult sticks. For safety reasons, if your child’s lab order exceeds the maximum number of tests, a second appointment will be required. This is due to the limited amount of blood that can be safely drawn based on a child’s weight and age. We look forward to providing gentle and professional care for your child. Maximum 1 test. Your order has only one blood test! Example: CBC, CMP, BMP, LFt's, Lipids, HgA1c, TSH or Vitamin D-25.
Important Urine Collection Instructions A collection cup will be provided upon your arrival. Please do not use your own cups or containers from home — we can only accept samples in our sterile, provided containers. We kindly ask that you arrive ready to provide a urine sample, as we operate on a scheduled timeline. Thank you for your cooperation!
